Tickets do NOT have to be printed. Your name will be on a list at the box office. Silvermoon doors open 1 hour before show time for check in and lobby activities. Theatre doors open 30 mins before show time for seating.

We ask that you finish all food and drinks before coming to Silvermoon or in the lobby before entering in the theatre.

Silvermoon Children's Theatre reserve the right to resell tickets that are not redeemed 10 minutes before show time to patrons who may be on a waiting list to see the show during that performance. No refunds will be given to patrons whose tickets are not redeemed. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to curtain to ensure your tickets will be available. If you realize you will not be able to attend the show you purchased tickets for, you can email us at silvermoonchildrenstheatre@gmail.com to see if we can transfer your tickets to another performance. This must be done no later than an hour before showtime.
